The property was quite dated and in need of a refurbishment. Otherwise the stay was comfortable however we were out of the room most of the time.

Travelled all over the world and I must say the staff at this hotel makes you feel very welcome and they can’t do enough for you the staff make it so they know you personally and remember your preferences, I haven’t come across this very often - excellent service and facilities love the resort and will go back again next year 10/10 👍

The staff was Excellent. Accomodating and caring. Noel, one of the concierge staff, made our stay especially memorable. He had special cakes waiting in our room on several occasions and some speakers for my daughters phone. Vince, the other concierge was super helpful as well. Clarrisa at the breakfast reception was awesome and always made us feel welcome. All the staff was terrific, actually. The location is right on the free bus route that we always used to move around the area in combination tith the Sentosa Express and cable cars. They change the QR code for free travel on the Sentosa Express is updated every 3 days, so keep that in mind. Universal was great and the Oeanarium was well worth the entry fee. We will definitely be returning.
