Lovely hotel with easy access to JBR beach and surrounding areas. Staff were friendly and accommodating and room cleaned to a high standard. They also threw in a surprise cake for my partner’s birthday which was a lovely touch to our stay. Would definitely recommend the Sofitel if you are looking to stay in the JBR area

Had to leave a day early. Was disappointed they still charged for New Year’s Eve party. That I didn’t attend. And full room rate even though I did not stay. I am a Hyatt loyalty member. Makes me want to consider staying at Hilton properties moving forward. I am also a Hilton Honors member.
