9.6/10 Exceptional! (1,416 reviews)
i like that the room is spacious and clean, the bathroom is modern and well-equipped.
i didn't like that the ice dispenser on the 4th floor where i stayed was broken. i called the Hotel Services to report it and was made to understand that it's going to be fixed and was advised to try another floor. The next night, i tried again the ice dispenser thinking it was already fixed. but it wasn't, i have to go down to the 3rd floor to get my ice.
Also, the hotel access card doesn't usually work right away, have to scan several times before it works. i thought, there's something wrong with my card but another guest who was with me in the elevator told me, it's really like that.
Nevertheless, I really like the room.
