Room was clean and the basic amenities were as expected.

Room size and cleanliness was good. Room was not ready till 3 hrs later

Room.is spacious but the tub is filthy. No coffee maker. Staff are very friendly though .

Providing basic amenities like ice cube tray would be a first. Provide a information sheet so that renters know how to log on the WiFi and or Bluetooth.

Rooms were very nice, and resort world has a lot of great dining options.

Comfortable stay with a convenient location. Check in took a way too long. I never received the daily Expedia VIP resort credit despite confirmed by the check-in associate.

The room did not have hot water in the shower. The first day we had to let the water (wastefully) run for 30 minutes to get any sort of warmth. Called downstairs to have someone look at it. It eventually got hot. The next day same thing! But this time we were on a time constraint. We didn’t get to shower before we had to leave home. I complained, that we the customer paid these exuberant amounts of resort fees just to have no hot water. The man on the other side was very kind and gave me a breakfast credit as well as waived our resort fees. I probably will try staying here again giving it one more chance because it is very close to UNLV where we go to watch swim meets. I was disappointed this time. Was hoping for better.
