The property itself is ok. The hallways are hot and no AC and the lobby’s have a pungent odor. The gym isn’t really a gym.
The room itself was good. But the service and communication with staff was poor. I asked for towels and toiletry’s many times and never got a response from anyone or any help. I ended up staying at a different hotel as a result. I likely won’t stay here again due to poor communication from staff.

Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Excellent breakfast to start the day. Great stay overall! No concerns or complaints. Very friendly staff, can’t say enough about them!

Nice hotel but not quite 5 star, maybe 4 1/2. Shower water not hot. Buffet was small and coffee barely warm. Good location can easily walk to the mall. Lobby very nice. Rooms clean.
