All the staff gave 5 star service. Everyone was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. On my first night my room 126 had noisy traffic outside but staff moved me next day to 123 which was much appreciated. My room looked onto the lovely pool area. Hotel was very clean with fresh towels and bottles of water daily A big thanks to Manager Rosada and all her team

Great. Should have communicated early advising the beach was closed. Otherwise it was brilliant!!!

We loved every bit of our stay. There was so much attention to detail, to ensure our comfort, and lots of little touches to make us feel a little special. The pool and beach had ample seating, the beach was clean. Our room was incredibly comfortable, and we cannot wait to return.

There are also a couple of boutique shops selling quality souvenirs and essentials. The private beach is well maintained and the sea very clean and warm. The resort team are the icing on the cake, so professional, attentive and well-mannered. Definitely a must for those looking for a luxurious and relaxing break from city life.

We had a pleasant stay for our Honeymoon at La Villa. Recommend the Villa with Private Pool for a nice relaxing getaway. Free shuttle service to Pantai Cenang which is great for meals and some light shopping. Staff are very helpful.
