The Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel is an older property, but the rooms are spacious and comfortable, which we really appreciated. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and did their best to be helpful at all times. While there was a bit of a language barrier, the employees made genuine efforts to assist us, and their warmth really stood out. With some updates and additional English-language support, this hotel has the potential to offer an even better experience. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we were grateful for the hospitality.

Hi recommend this hotel for a short stay for its convenient location. I love the hot bath and pool. But very disappointed when I booked last time without being advised that once I week they closed the amenities for reasons I don’t know what. I stay in without access to the bath or the pool. And even apologise for my disappointment. Well
