Everything was amazing. The place was exceptionally clean and the staff was very helpful. The level of service I received, from the concierge to the receptionists, was first class. I will definitely stay at the Akazora again.

A beautiful hotel that was clean and modern. The staff was very welcoming and the location is fantastic. We are excited when we discovered the underground walkways that attached to the hotel. It is close to the station and other things to see. The dinner and breakfast buffet was wonderful. It had a big variety, there was something for everyone. We will stay here again!

If you’re a Hilton member, suggest the breakfast for your stay. Definitely worth it! Love this place, everyone was so kind and wonderful. Although I visited in early April, it was quiet which was nice. The shuttle service is a bonus. It will take you to Grand Hirafu welcome center if your vibe is more happy-go-lucky. Hehehe. Thank you to the Hilton Niseko staff for the experience. Can’t wait to come back with more powder.

Everything about the ANA Crowne Plaza in Sapporo is excellent. Quiet, comfortable rooms. Even the elevators were quick, accessible and very quiet. Excellent water pressure, comfortable firm mattresses. Wifi was great. Staff was very friendly. Very close to everything I wanted to see and buy.
