Firstly, this place is not a motel. Slightly upmarket youth hostel possibly but not a motel. It is nothing like expected or promoted. Our room was exceptionally small. One chair, tiny table and no wardrobe or cupboard. To be fair the queen bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The free breakfast was basic but nice. It was great to be able to chat to other travellers. The pool and outdoor area were neat and tidy. While we were there, two groups left early (no refund). The room's information folder mentions "No refunds" regularly. Do not stay here.

The apartment was lovely and had a great view. If you intend to walk around the area, be aware that the street is VERY steep. It was fine for us but maybe not for others.

Booked an ocean view room. Got a room at the back overlooking a road. No allocated parking. No information when checking in about wifi password (it’s on the fridge which could have been relayed at check-in). Air con didn’t seem to cool the room. Steps from car park to lifts. No ramp for suitcases. No trolleys for assistance with multiple suitcases. No local information in the room. No phone to contact reception for queries.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and comfortable. The pool is amazing, one of the best I've seen. Close to shops. Easy drive to Great Keppell Island Ferry Depot and Capricorn Caves.
