"So arrived after a long flight from the UK. Considering I work offshore and in different hotels every 2 weeks , the service from front desk was rubbish. Arrived at 14:45 ...and told out room wasnt ready and still at 15:30 we were still waiting , check in at 3pm so that's the absolute latest we should ..."
