Perfectly acceptable hotel. Good value for price. Very clean, excellent staff, comfortable rooms and goid breakfast. Easy access to buses and tube for getting around. Would stay again.

Getting from the Victoria bus terminal to terminal 4 which is where the Hilton is was easy. Hotel was good -- restaurant was very good as was my server Karen. Easy transfer to Terminal 2 for departure.

Shower wasn’t draining and room was grubby. Headboard was damaged. Also on the site it says that there is airport shuttle. But there is one an hour and not all day and you have to pay for it.
