Margaret River Wine Region Adventure Holidays

Dirk was very informative with places to visit and planning our day. Bed was comfortable and plenty of space in the room.

Always peaceful and perfect.

Property was amazing and peaceful

Room is well appointed with modern features. The bed was great and the bathroom had been renovated and had a modern feel.

When we arrived to check in it was self serve and we found the instructions to the room a little confusing, while looking for our room, we saw a member of staff who seemed to be irritated by our presence. When we got to our room it was neatly presented and clean. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was quite old and lumpy and you only get one pillow so we found that a little frustrating. The Expedia advertisement said it had a pillow menu but this was very far away from that. In the early hours of the morning we realized that the room had a skylight so even though there was blackout blinds the room was as bright as day by 5: 30am. We also saw that the property has a ev charger and when we called to confirm we were told it was free for use. We send a message and talk to staff on the phone who said there was no requirement to use it however after messaging the property following check-in and having some trouble with the charger it was revealed it was for Tesla vehicles only. This was another frustrating problem. The room had a small kitchenette however they had removed the microwave this was annoying and I think the room could have really benefit from a microwave. The fridge in the room was very noisy and there was a lot of clicking and banging noises in the wall throughout the night that I assume was from staff appliances. I would probably not stay again.

Great room - very clean. Check in staff helpful. Really nice warm pool that my son loved. Close to beach. Only other amenity that I wanted was ev charging but certainly didn’t effect the trip
