They really shouldn’t be called a 5-star hotel. The staffs are nice and friendly but the service is not yet up to the international standard. I would have considered staying there again for work if they could improve their in-room service. Apparently all their restaurants shut down early and their in-room service is outside food delivery service, everything comes in plastic bags. Trust me you don’t see this in any 5-star hotel.

lovely hotel. saw lots of kids and dogs so very family friendly.
Room was large, view was nice, had a kettle to make tea/coffee which I always appreciate.
Breakfast was decent, a few vegetarian options and the freshly made juices were really good.
There's an arcade with games but the pool table/cues are in bad condition and unlike my previously hotel you had to pay to play the games which felt a rather ungenerous for a 5 star hotel, same with the little train ride you can take around the building, surely a 5 star hotel could include that in the price of the stay.
nothing is walkable from here except the beach.
overall it was nice, staff were friendly and we slept well.
