Moorea Adventure Holidays

We were on a cruise which ended in Papeete. We decided to spend an additional 2 nights in the area and chose Moorea due to proximity by ferry. I researched hotels and chose Hibiscus due to the excellent ratings and price. The hotel exceeded my expectations. I booked a deluxe bungalow by the beach and we had a view of the ocean from our room. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the use of fridge, microwave and hot pot. There is a small shopping area within walking distance that has stores and restaurants. We ate twice at Sea you soon. I did not see many groceries to buy for snacks or breakfast at the grocery store but they did have good Tahiti lotions, oils, and soaps. The taxi fare from ferry is about 6000xpf. The ocean by the hotel is okay for swimming but not snorkeling. I was told that a better public snorkeling beach is Tipaniers about 2-3 miles away. The staff at hotel were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We would definitely recommend.I’m
