Amazing views of the Petronas Towers, great rooftop pool & 20min walk to malls/restaurants. Host Shohedul was very helpful with check in/check out - & airport transfers were great.

Note, it is not like a regular hotel. It's operations are different but it definitely a nice palace to stay.

All staffs are very attentive and helpful.
The room we stayed at was bit warned out and bathtub was bit dusty. However overall our stay was pleasant and would like to return to stay again in the future.
