Entertainment was amazing. Really fun resort but the service is nothing to brag about. Not the most friendly staff. The check in is by far the most disappointing part of the trip. Do not think that having any Expedia status will give you an upgrade at all… even if available. They said it’s only on low season, and it’s not based on availability because there were upgrades available but they wanted money for them. The birthday package is also one price on their site but then three times more when you try to do it.

Rooms were a little outdated but the staff is beyond amazing. Time share presentation was annoying and they push you but besides that, everything else was fine. Food was also a tremendous plus.
