Excellent concierge services- staff can speak English and try their very best to help n recommend good eating places. My hotel to stay whenever i visit Busan.

Room is very nice & clean, but too warm because the heater is on during fall time.
All staffs are super nice & helpful, except one guy working night shift, there was a family sitting in lobby eating fried food, without any problem, but when we brought our fried chicken to eat there, the front desk guy showed us the sign Not allow eating Ramen there ?...even we didn't have Ramen, and made us leave. Very Rude.

Nice place to stay!
Cosy and not difficult to find. They even have an electrical blanket during the winter! Sadly i was there for 2 nights only
