9.4/10 Exceptional! (2,752 reviews)
The property was nice in appearance outside of the room. The shuttle was really convenient. The room was in need of an update. The furniture looked like it came from 3 yard sales. The shower was disappointing with constantly fluctuating water temperature. Not the best experience.

"A typical 4 star residence hotel, although many websites indicated it to be a 5 star hotel. Room was clean but old, and water pressure is unimpressive. The layout is quite inconvenient, given the fact that the bathroom is pretty far from the bedroom (no access to the bathroom directly from the bedroom). ..."
