Property was well maintained, staff were helpful, breakfast was good with hot options like omelettes and fried eggs, and the room was clean and well equipped. The location was also very good. It’s within walking distance of all major attractions, dining and shopping areas.

Our flight was cancelled rebooked and then delayed. We didn’t arrive until after midnight. It was great they had 24/7 personnel on duty to check in. The lobby and restaurant area looked wonderful but we didn’t get to make use of it.

The hotel itself was beautiful. Our room was comfortable but the location was unacceptable. We had a first floor room that opened to a courtyard where bikes were stored. Our checkout experience was also unacceptable. Despite paying ahead of time they attempted to charge us again for the room and at a different rate.

Excellent breakfast and incredibly clean!

Enjoyed our stay here during our first visit to Amsterdam. Property was conveniently located, clean, friendly staff and very good breakfast buffet. Would definitely recommend this property.

The location was ideal and in walking distance from everything. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the best we’ve ever had at a hotel, lots of variety and choice. We also appreciated that the hotel provided free water and soft drinks. Only negative was that the rooms are not air conditioned. The hotel provided portable fans but not the same as having AC. We would definitely stay here again but not during the hot months.

It was beautiful! Thank you for the hospitality. The rooms were lovely and spacious and the breakfast in the castle was amazing. :)
