This apartment block is right on the beach - close to amenities
There is a 2 tower development going up on the section next door that shades the property blocking the sun and blocks much of the view. The pool only gets a couple of hours sun in the late afternoon and is not heated enough to remedy the lack of sun so its too cold to swim in.
The tradies start work at 6:30 am so not ideal if you want to sleep in.
The hosts are helpful and accommodating

Had a great stay. The toilet was rather crampy. Otherwise all great. Dyson hairdryer was useful after every hair wash from the beach. Stingray dining was average.

The suite was nice and had a great ocean view. Good location with heaps of shops and restaurants in close proximity.
Maybe just make the listings on expedia a bit more clear regarding whether or not the rooms come with house keeping services.

The location was excellent and very central to everything
However, the apartment felt quite old and was not as clean as expected. When we pulled out the sofa bed, there was dirt underneath it. The internet was also not working when we arrived. Although the team eventually managed to get it working, it took several hours to resolve.
We were also disappointed that a late check-out of even one hour could not be accommodated.
