Friendly welcoming staff. Quiet room, comfy bed, great night sleep. Loved breakfast. Everything spot on.

Helpful and friendly staff. The apartment was very spacious and clean with gated parking for security. The location is great and close to shops, the freeway and the city.

Interesting stay. Turned on aircon in room and it shot out thick dust all over the table, turned the shower on and the shower head instantly drops and is unable to be tightened, so just shoots water at the floor. Dead bugs covering the ceiling in the bathroom. Ordered my meal at the bar, it came over 20 minutes after everyone elses meals. They were all finishing up and when enquiring why it was taking so long is thats the system, if you order on the app its must quicker service than ordering face to face. Weird. Specials also werent on the app, only available to order face to face. So if you want the discount that they are offering, be prepared to wait. Wont book here again, all the focus is on the weddings and the golf course. Breakfast was average.

Seashells has a beautiful location with views and access from the hotel and pool to the bay. The staff were great, room was spacious and clean. I rated them 4-star because my room had a high step up into the tub to take a shower. If you have mobility issues this is definitely worth enquiry. The tub / shower area was dated, and needed new caulking. For that, I think it was also priced quite high. I would stay there again, only if I could reserve at a lower price point.

Immaculately presented but no where for baggage in the room and WHO designed the lighting? Terrible. Dim lights everywhere. Bathroom hopeless as no brighter lights for shaving, make up. On the plus side top floor bar 1st class. No response to request for housekeeping. Slightly disappointed.

Could use a chair in the room to sit on as there is nowhere to sit but that could be the idea. Also need to have water in the room. Could promote the breakfast a bit more when you book in. Otherwise very pleasant stay.
