Allocated a disable room, again. Not sure why this hotel seems to “reward” its most regular guests with the worst room allocations. This remains a great hotel, but they don’t recognise you, which is poor.

Tom’s Court Hotel was a great place to stay, large sized bed which we thought was very comfortable, no sagging. The room was large, kitchenette with very handy. Microwave, sink and cups saucers, mugs, bowls, plates, knives forks and spoons, also a fridge.
Hand wash provided, shower wash, shampoo and conditioner too.
Great aircons tv. Very clean, block out curtains and you could hardly hear the neighbours.
We never had the breakfast as there were so many other places to eat.

Fantastic hotel. Located in the CBD opposite to the train station. My room was clean and had everything I needed. Everything was new and hi tech. Staff were very helpful (I asked about the laundary room and the guy at the reception simply took the elevator with me and walked me to it). Just a great hotel. Will be coming back.
