We had a wonderful stay at Viceroy Washington DC. It’s truly a lovely place with a great sense of space, the atmosphere feels both stylish and comfortable from the moment you walk in. The rooms were clean, well-designed, and very inviting, making it easy to relax after a long day. What really stood out most was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, especially the gentleman who checked me in and also handled my checkout. He was professional, kind, and made the whole experience seamless and pleasant. The amenities were excellent, and the overall vibe of the hotel made the stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Washington, DC, and we look forward to staying again.

The Jefferson absolutely lived up to and exceeded its stellar reputation. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The room was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the service. Every single staff member we came into contact with greeted us warmly — genuinely welcoming, not scripted. The highlight was when the manager personally came to our room to wish my wife a happy birthday and surprised her with macaroons and a handwritten birthday card. That level of thoughtfulness made the stay feel personal and unforgettable. Even small details didn’t go unnoticed. The doorman took the initiative to make sure our Uber pulled fully into the hotel driveway so we wouldn’t have to step out into the cold such a simple gesture, but it spoke volumes about their attentiveness and care. We could not have been more impressed. This is hospitality done right elegant, warm, and intentional. We will absolutely be back.
