"Every time I stay at this hotel, either another guest is given access to my same hotel room or an employee will access the room without warning. When you have another hotel room guest walking in on you, or a hotel staff member walking in on you, it can be a bit unnerving. If you are going to stay at this hotel, you may want to keep that in mind. Otherwise, it's a great hotel, great location. Very clean, very friendly staff. Plenty of parking. "

"Staff seemed indifference to customer satisfaction. I’m not sure if the Expedia app did something that caused the initial dissatisfaction or the hotel. The hotel could’ve made a cheap fix to make me satisfied with my stay and for a couple dollars decided not to. I’m guessing they were just towing the company line, but I will probably not be back to a Hilton even though they have very clean hotels. I feel like Hilton wont care that i was dissatisfied. Just left feeling bad about my stay."

"The breakfast selection was nice, but wasn’t anything over the top. It was pretty simple and straightforward. Nice to have the option. Parking was fantastic super easy. Lots of space. The room was mostly clean, but there was definitely details. Missed there was something smudged on my shower curtain, which doesn’t feel great. You can tell the hotel is a little bit older and yet they do a nice job. There was a mistake made where somebody was trying to get into my room because they wrote down my room number even though the keys were not programmed to my room. It was a little unsettling to have somebody trying to get in, but I ended up opening the door to let them know that this room was occupied and then called the front desk. They said that the person never had access to my room and apologized, but that experience is unnerving. I felt brushed off like what happened wasn’t a big deal. The positives are there is a ton of space in the room. Bed was comfortable."

"We had a great stay. The house was clean and the kitchen fully equipped. It was an easy metro trip into most of the attractions. Would definitely recommend."
