Stayed in a 1 bedroom studio apartment at Ramada Suites by Wyndham Zen Quarter Darwin for 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and the room itself was clean and comfortable. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was because the apartment included laundry facilities, so it was disappointing that the washing machine in my room was already damaged prior to my stay and had not been replaced before check-in. Reception did kindly offer to do my laundry, which I appreciated, but I didn’t end up using the service as there were only 2 lifts servicing the entire building, making trips up and down during peak times quite frustrating due to the long waits and also because of my tight schedule and reception is not 24/7. On a positive note, the rooftop bar was lovely with a great atmosphere. Overall, a decent stay with a few inconveniences.

Our Host was Amazing. Jason was so flexible. Let us Put our bags in the office after Check out . Room Was very Clean. Air Con Was To Cold at times had to turn it up at Night. Full Kitchen . We Did Breaky There every Morning before Heading out for the the Day. You Could cook every Meal there, But was with My Mum so we went out for dinner

The apartment was great. Roomy, clean and very comfortable. All you needed to cook a simple meal. Good coffee at the Bakery across the road. Bit of a hike to a supermarket as the fine Foods store is pretty pricey.

The hotel is in the center of the city closed to everything and safe. We were luck out with the ocean view in our room. We watched the beautiful sunrise in our room.

The property and staff were great. The nightly rate was a bit expensive and didn't include breakfast. I didn't notice this at the time of booking, so my mistake. Would have been a good price if included breakfast.
