The hotel is well located and the rooms are nicely sized. The staff was courteous and friendly. The only two negatives were: There are no washcloths with the towels and the lobby doesn't really have an area to have a coffee or sit and talk.

Staff was super nice and welcoming especially Mark who was the receptionist. Where else would you get a welcome glass of Champagne when you are checking in? Number of hotels in the US who would offer that is zero! Clean room great location and a bottle of Czech red wine.

The Emblem was in the prime location of Old Town Square. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean! Housekeeping lady was very sweet and attentive if we needed anything. Overall stay 10/10 my only gripe is the keys to get into room and gate can sometimes be a pain. Other than that, no complaints!
