Room was excellently cleaned. Room service every 4day. Very nice shower. Amenities for hair drier, ironing and clothes rack on point.
Fridge / microwave and they got an excellent body lotion. Place was good location from all or most sights.

Great hotel ! Prime location . Walking distance to the main square and all other attractions. Very well decorated , very clean , super friendly staff, breakfast buffet was amazing and the steak restaurant in the lobby is probably one of the best restaurants in Prague . I’ll definitely come back next year .

The hotel was awesome! Breakfast was delicious! The hotel was very beautiful and so was the room we stayed in, however my only concern was the shower was a little high to step out of and with the half wall that was near the shower head, a lot of water spills out when showering which makes it slippery as well. The washroom could also use a fan as well. Well located and staff was great to deal with.

"I did not use a lot of the amenities but I enjoyed my stay. I was a bit disappointed to return to my room late one night planning to order room service only to be told they do not offer it anymore. It would have been helpful to know that at check in and I would have planned accordingly."
