The room was good and very clean, the A/C did not work very well, luckily it was not too hot during our stay. We did complain but nothing was done. Breakfast was excellent with wide choices. Staff were attentive and pleasant. Location was good with short walk to centre of old town. Also tram station ...
The staff and location make this hotel the wonderful place that it is. They were a tiny bit understaffed at check-in but the man who helped us was so nice once we got our turn, it was not a problem! The room was comfortable and super clean. I feel so lucky to have stayed there.
Located in a quite place but close to Charles bridge and dancing house. Both are like 15mins walk. Breakfast was great and the cleanliness of the room is very nice too. Staff are nice in general but they don’t sell stamps so make it difficult for us to mail postcard. We need to walk all the way to ...
Fantastic beautiful hotel. i would make 2 comments for fellow travellers. 1 book airport transfer with the hotel at 30 euro as taxi from airport is rip off, 2 bar closes too early but / on 2 nights got back at midnight and bar had already closed.
The staff was friendly and thoughtful. One staff member heard we had two birthdays in our group and when we returned to our room we had wine in a bucket at no cost to us for our celebration. This was a very unique and kind gesture from the hotel.
