Absolutely magnificent stay at the Plaza Tour Eiffel. To start, the staff is not only friendly and accommodating, but they are genuinely invested in making sure your stay and visit in Paris are phenomenal. We checked in to our room to find a personalized note and a welcome gift. The staff also made excellent recommendations for dinner and even went as far as making reservations for us on two occasions. The rooms were well appointed and meticulously clean. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area; however, it is a 5 min. walk to Trocadéro and metro. The breakfast offers delicious coffee, eggs, breakfast meats, fruits & yogurt, bread and pastries, cheeses, juices, pancakes, and of course, croissants! They also offer a happy hour every afternoon with a complimentary glass of wine. Overall we had an amazing stay at Plaza Tour Eiffel and wouldn’t hesitate staying there again in the future. THANK YOU for making our first trip to Paris an unforgettable one!

My stay at Cadran Hotel began well. The day staff who checked us in were friendly, and one staff member even walked us to our room and was very kind to my daughter. Unfortunately, the experience with the hotel-arranged transportation to Disneyland completely overshadowed our stay and left us feeling unsafe. The front desk told me the round-trip cost would be 120 euros, and the driver who picked us up confirmed that price before we got in the vehicle. But after the return trip, a different driver suddenly demanded additional payment, claiming the cost was higher. When I asked the front desk for help, the staff member working at the time was rude, dismissive, and insisted on a price structure that had never been mentioned before. What concerned me most was discovering the service did not appear to be a licensed transportation provider. We received no confirmation, no documentation, and no receipt—nothing a legitimate service in Paris would normally provide. This put my family, including my child, in a potentially unsafe situation, which is unacceptable. The situation—and the way it was handled—made us uncomfortable for the rest of our stay. Some staff members would speak English when convenient, but suddenly claim not to understand when asked for assistance with anything related to the issue. The room was very clean. The staff was amazing. Always ready to help with suggestions for restaurants, how to get somewhere, etc. I would stay there again just because of the staff.
