"We were stranded in Saint-Quentin (family of 4 with two young girls) and Oliver - the host - took us under his wing and went above and beyond for our family. From driving us to and from where we were stranded to cooking room-served dinners for our girls. The breakfast is wonderful and the room was stylish, luxurious and comfortable. "A bit out in the sticks off the leave for us Brits travelling from Alps to UK but absolutely amazing hotel. Nice size double classic with room for cot bed (hotel kindly provided). Cute bar with fireplace and amazing food (though not cheap!)
I would stay again but best drive there before it gets dark as French roads not lit and we couldn’t see much after coming off the motorway and heading to the hotel.

"There was a communication issue between the hotel and Expedia, however I was offered a free upgrade to a better room. The staff were very accommodating to all my requests, the apartment was probably the best I've stayed in including a living room with kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom and rest room. There was also a balcony with table and seating. Complimentary water was provided. There was even a lazyboy recliner. We did buy some drinks from the bar, be aware that you had to take the drinks back to your room rather than drink them at the bar."

"The hotel is very good for an overnight stop when travelling by car in France. It has everything you need for such a stopover. The room is and bed are comfortable.
