Hotel is in a great location just a minutes walk to the main road, access to shopping, side streets of restaurants, 15 mins walk to the Blue Mosque and Grand Bizarre. Reception staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on tours which they booked for us. Room was reasonable size and cleaned everyday, Room temperature was comfortable once we turned off the unit and to open the window. Hotel offered free breakfast also. Airport pick ups available for additional cost, an hours drive. A great stay for 7 nights and highly recommend.

Beautiful place and wonderful people

Room 1804 ​I had a mixed experience during my recent stay at the CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul. There were several highlights, but one persistent issue significantly impacted the stay. ​The Highlights ​Outstanding Service: The staff were truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. ​Prime Location: You really cannot beat the location. It is central, convenient, and makes exploring Istanbul very easy. ​The Downside ​Unfortunately, we encountered a frustrating issue with the drainage in our bathtub. After every shower, the water simply would not drain, leaving us standing in pooled water. ​While we brought this to the staff's attention early on, the problem was never resolved. Despite the issue being reported, it continued throughout the entirety of our stay. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a much quicker resolution to a basic maintenance matter.

Great hotel, very friendly staff. Love the cafe and it's service staff. Good selection of food and desserts. Very nice managers. Sadly the hotel spa and pool did not meet expectations. It was too expensive and I could not use the pool as a piece of plastic around the pool broke and I fell down. It's near tons of shops and restaurants. The wheelchair ramp is too steep for people that use a walking stick and would be impossible for wheelchair users. The rooms are great with both a bathtub and showers. Very well maintained daily room cleaning. Friendly bellman and front desk staff.
