The staff were friendly and helpful and the room had amenities I like such as a kitchen, mini-fridge, microwave, table, and a good view. On the negative side, the room did not have a safe and the room was not attractive, with wear and tear showing and was not as clean as I like. The bathroom had an odd design, including a separate shower room with a room-type door, so it felt like going into a closet to shower. The hotel has a small convenience store, cafe, spa and gym. The gym was a disappointment, as it had very limited exercise equipment and most had broken or poorly working parts.

The room is in okay condition but the washroom has an awful smell. We ask for it to be cleaned and the Front desk said they will send someone but until we checked out no one cleaned it.

The breakfast menu is good however is limited.

Staff were very professional and friendly.

The room was nice. Excellent staff, very helpful to get a free ride to local restaurants. The only bad thing was noisy motorcycles outside.

Breakfast buffet and dinner menu were the best!

The Hyatt Regency located at the City of Dreams met all our expectations. The amenities were great and the hospitality was equally remarkable.

The place was hard to locate.

Washroom was clean, staff was courteous, overall a good place
