Very good communication and the Staff was excellent.

Overall i enjoyed my vacation the only thing need to improved is the wifi connection

The area is located in a great location, close to many malls and a very wide array of food options in the area.

Such an amazing hotel. Excellent customer service. Travelled with family and rented two rooms, palace suite. One of the best I’ve stayed at.

Filipinos always polite and helpful that’s why I’m proud to be one of them.We had a satisfying stay and will come back same place again.Highly recommend esp for busy people like us who wanted a safer and relaxing place.

Overall, Service was prompt and accomodating. Rooms were tidy and bright, though the room notes may need a redesign; the placard where the room service menu and appliance instructions QR code was easily missed, and some of the appliance are in need of maintenance. Pyang and Maria from the breakfast team were a delight to see, and the pasta from Toscana was tasty. Wine list could use more by-the-glass options. Front desk is prompt, pragmatic and efficient, but needs more of the Filipino Warmth and Hospitality that we are known for worldwide. Hallways from the lifts to the room were consistently warm

Roaches in the bathroom shower. Rusty shower heads. Overpriced and overrated.

The Farm at San Benito is beautiful and the workers on the ground were phenomenal but these three areas were simply unacceptable: 1) THE FLIES! I did see a couple reviews before I booked mentioning flies but I thought it’s something we can simply shoo away. Sadly I was wrong. Those were HUGE flies and they came in droves in the first luxury suite assigned to us and in the breakfast buffet. We couldn’t help wonder how bad the hygiene must be in the kitchen behind the scenes. And not just flies, there were also spiders and moths INSIDE the suites; 2) CHECK-IN was disingenuous (assigned us initially to a Deluxe even if we booked an Executive, and claimed they will “upgrade” us to what we paid for in the first place; not sure if check-in staff were inept or this was systemic); and 3) UNSAFE ROAD ACCESS to the farm, we had to drive through sketchy neighborhoods and towns that blocked part of the already tight streets. IN SUM, I can’t recommend this property to friends and loved ones until these 3 areas are addressed.
