This was my first stay at an Intercontinental hotel, needless to say I will definitely be returning. From the beginning of my arrival to the check out, I was treated like a king by all the staff. I didnt have to lift a finger getting my luggage from my cab to my room or my room to the airport. Check in was seamless. The daily breakfast buffet was delicious with so many options, the teppanyaki restaurant, incredible, steakhouse delightful. The sushi spot also to die for. Especially the matcha shaved ice. The Mixx lounge served great cocktails and was a awesome place to chat with other travelers.
My room was very comfortable and well equipped. Granted coming from the States it will seem smaller than what we are used to but in Japan its all about quality over quantity. Everything in this resort is well thought/planned out. That's how nice this place is. I didnt even want to leave my hotel to explore Tokyo. I highly recommend this hotel, great value for the amount spent.
