We had three nights stay, following 3 nights at the sister resort - Sudamala Komodo. Both resorts are fantastic and highly recommended but this was our favourite. A tropical island with a reef full with fish. We also had days trips to Komodo and diving which were great experiences. The food is lovely. Good variation including a bbq theme one night but a great mix of Indonesian and Western dishes. The thing that stuck with us was the fantastic team at both resorts. However, we were really well looked after by everyone but notably Ayu and Grace in the restaurant and the incredible Zaka and his singing! Thank you everyone!

Its an amazing resort which offers so many activities. We didnt feel like leaving the hotel at all. They offer water sports and other great activities. The staff is really nice and helpful.

Bloody terrible

This is a really good hotel, nice position overlooking the bay, great pool and sun deck, two cafes across the road and a 10 minute walk to the main strip. All staff, from the security at the entry, to reception staff and of course the waiters are really engaging and warm and go out of their way to assist. Some areas that could be improved are maintenance around the pool, planks on the jetty, and less use of plastic soap tubes and water bottles. The restaurant uses metal re-usable straws but the rest of the hotel does not seem environmentally aware. The bay could do with a staff member popping out each morning to collect the plastic debris from the beach and sea which spoils an otherwise perfect view. Rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good but a coffee machine rather than percolated coffee would be great. I really enjoyed my stay here but hope that my feedback may be taken on board to raise it from being a good hotel to being a great hotel.
