I recently stayed at Bahia Principe Escape, and I have to say the experience was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The Guest Experience Manager, Shane Haslam, truly stands out. He knows exactly how to make guests feel valued and satisfied. He is always smiling, consistently checks in to see how you’re doing, and no matter the question, he always has a solution. That kind of leadership really shows—his team works well together, and the respect among them is clear. From Daveen at check-in, to Devon Davidson who escorted us, and Shane personally attending to our needs, the service was exceptional across the board. The bar service, overall hospitality, and attention to detail made the entire stay phenomenal. I highly recommend giving them the opportunity—go experience it for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

While the staff was very friendly, one thing that was off putting was the specific bracelet/ room key , different color due to us booking through Expedia, that made it feel like we were sticking out , I think a simple contact number would have sufficed. Also again while friendly with in the resort the pushing of the vip package I believe should have been a simple question if we wanted to participate or not. The focus should have been helping us understand what the resort has to offer rather than trying to seemingly upsell us. Over all was a good experience just would like to offer those comments and I think those could help maximize time

Loved this place just what I needed a chill spot , food was great was entertained the whole time deff coming back !

The staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating. My room was good I had a balcony with partial view of the beach. You won’t be bored staying at this resort. The food at the Buffet, Jerk Hut and Steak house was amazing.

We have been to all the Couples Resort now and this unfortunately was not my favorite. It would be my third favorite of the four. It was a beautiful resort but the experience was not as relaxing and fun as San Souci and Tower Isle. The entertainment was quite boring each night. Yet, Kayla was personable and cute! And make sure to read the rooms descriptions fully! Our suite did not have a tv and for those evenings you just wanna chill before nightlife, it’s needed! The food was also not as good as the others yet not bad either. And yes, the beach is beautiful and long but it also has a much crowded feel. I think if I didn’t have much to compare too, I would rate it much higher but I do, sooooo. All in all, Couples will always have my heart.

The staff were immaculate especially Cora that was at the front desk. Great ambassador and asset to your team. There wasn’t anything I disliked. Customer service A+

Great staff, room service and cleaning services were really good. The bar staff are really friendly. Favourite bar vibe was Plato's but best service was at the shake shack bar. Anthony and Ria are great
