Excellent Staff, very cool and historical building. The bed wasnt the most comfortable, but that can be subjective. The location is perfect to walk the river and enjoy the scenery. The room was clean and the front desk representatives were nice. However, the room was expensive and we paid more for access to a courtyard and view only for the door to be stuck and unable to open so we couldn't enjoy that. The shower in the room also clogged. We paid more for valet parking as well ...
