The AC did not work properly. One of the hot tubs was not hot. The front desk staff inconsistent and not always helpful. Housekeeping. Room refresh - beds made, towels not replaced when 4 people staying in the room. 3 requests on text if we needed anything - no request was responded to. The carpet in the hallways had the same chips and food for the three days we stayed there. Although the spa is rated a top spa, I would not rate it anywhere near a top spa - few amenities, shower hot water did not work, anesticians ok - not great. Ordered 2 enhancements, which supposidly came with a glass of champagne, not delivered. Upon check out over charged had to go back to straighten out the bill.

We have no complaint on the property, room, and amenities. Restaurant and bar can be pricey. I wasn't happy about forced gratuity.

Great selection of pools, limited seating so arrive early. Gratuity automatic on every purchase you make on resort. Only issue we encountered was a broken elevator with small children in strollers, service was down for four days of our stay which was incredibly cumbersome and not quickly resolved or accommodated.
