The room was clean, not spotless but clean, certain areas could have used so TLC, like air vent were dusty and the bathroom had mold in the door seal, besides that we enjoyed our stay and the pool area, the view is really nice and the grounds at the hotel are very well kept

Beautiful outdoor pool areas, and great location.
However, our room was 800 steps from the lobby (about as far as you can go and still be on the resort).
It was billed as an upgrade when we checked in, but the long walk and ground level room with a lot of moisture in the room made it less than ideal thus the 4 rather than 5 stars

Staff was friendly and the two restaurants were exceptional. They automatically cleaned the room daily which I appreciated. Very attentive service in the pool area as well. Property is on the Beach so no effort in finding sandy beaches.
