The staff was nice. Some just need to smile more often especially in restaurants. Food could be better. There were only a few restaurants you could go to and not all are open every day. Overall, I’d give it 3.5 to 5 stars.

Amazing facility . Very clean and very helpful staff . A lot of options when it comes to pool nice beach access . Good variety of food option and very good quality . I would recommended it to any one .and I would come back again .

The property is beautiful. The staff amazing. Food was delicious. Our issues with this stay were all our room. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Hard as a rock! If you have a bad back like I do, be warned. Our room fridge was never stocked the whole week we were there and when we tried to order items by room service, they never showed up. We travel to Mexico so twice a year. All though this was a nice trip, this particular resort will not make the repeat visit list.
