We enjoyed the restaurants and the hotel was spotless. We did have bed bugs in our room and there was mold on curtains. My daughter had to go to urgent care when we got home because she has such a bad reaction. We complain to the front desk and are waiting for a response! That was our 5 Riu and it’s the first time we were disappointed.

The property is immaculate. The staff go above and beyond for you, and do it with a smile on their face. Honestly do not have one negative thing to say about the entire resort, other than the gym. Gym needs to be bigger and better.
