We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It included kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave & dishwasher) living room, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and small dining area. Clean, cozy, room for all of us (3 adults) had all the kitchen things we needed and a view of the harbour. Would definitely book again.

Terrible check in room was not available.
Reception staff poor communication and attitude to customer service. Delay in family celebrations as we could not get into the room to change. This hotel has always been our go to for a Victoria stay, not anymore.

Hotel was in poor condition- very old, not clean, very thin towels in the bathrooms, all that was provided in the bathroom was a bar of soap. Walls are paper thin- could hear every noise throughout the hotel (they did have ear plugs in the room). Only good thing was the location.
