Overall good stay! Spacious apartment however our bathroom could use work. Some mildew build up not removed during cleaning and cracked tile on floor which was sharp when walking so had to be careful. Otherwise staff was extremely friendly and happy hour drink before and after dinner included was a nice touch.

Nice central hotel but booked a Deluxe Single in order to get a coffee machine , to be told on arrival that although it had been confirmed they had re sold room, so i had a standard single , No coffee machine.
Sounds silly but this hotel was booked as i rely on coffee ,so very disappointed indeed.

Sadly the staff walked into my room when I had paid for late check out. They knocked on the door and I spoke to say hello and they just walked in which I found unacceptable. They said I should be out of the room but that was incorrect. There was no apology. I felt treated like I was a criminal. Very poor and I have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times.
