You will be staying in a section of a large resort. Your room may well be in amongst the all-inclusive families. Not an issue for us but if you are expecting exclusive adults only, then this is not the place for you. If you are expecting 5 star luxury, then this is not it. Don't spend money on a "premium/luxury" sunbed, the system felt like a scam, the service was terrible. We enjoyed sitting in the sun, we enjoyed breakfast and our room but anything app or service related ended up being met with impending dread. We were called many times by the manager to check we were ok after we wrote a complaint but it was all very awkward. We ended up ordering food for delivery from a place in the next village on two nights, the best food we had all week! They commented to us how bland the food was in the hotel without any prompting from us so it obviously has a reputation. I would suggest staying somewhere smaller that cares about the customer experience more.

The restaurant was wonderful, the buffet was extremely varied and delicious, and all the wait staff were excellent. In particular, I was dreaming about the buffet breakfast well after I returned home!

We have had the privilege of enjoying many luxury holidays abroad, but our stay at Hipotels Mediterráneo Hotel was one of the best ever. The location is perfect, the staff are genuinely friendly, and the food is outstanding. Both the breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet are excellent. This must be the best hotel in the area. As a family-run business, Hipotels really knows how to run a hotel and keep guests happy. I highly recommend the sea view rooms, as the views are stunning. The facilities are excellent too and the gym is great, and the free spa areas are a real bonus, with a huge jacuzzi, saunas, and steam rooms. It was the best value-for-money holiday we have ever had. We enjoyed it so much that we are seriously thinking about moving to the area, as it has everything we could ever need.

We’ve just returned from a lovely four‑night break. The room was a really good size, and the staff were excellent – they genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. The location is perfect, right within the town, which made everything very easy. We would definitely go back.

Amazing staff very helpful with any issues that may arise with your stay. Amazing breakfast buffet which I’d highly recommend doing. Delicious burgers & fries, drinks, & beautiful views of the beach. I highly recommend trying the restaurants as well the food was delicious. Multiple stores / food in the area. I would still recommend visiting the city about 20-30 minutes away. 10/10 stay my wife and I will definitely be back.
