Lovely location near the Jong-gai metro station and an easy walk to the sights, palaces and night markets at Myeongdong. Nice well appointed rooms with all essential amenities for a 4-star hotel. Helpful staff. The restaurant has an evening offer of fried chicken and unlimited beer for 20000KRW for residents which was popular.

Rooms were a lot bigger then others in Seoul. Beautiful, lots of space, comfy beds. The property was fantastic. No plug ins by the beds though! The breakfast wasn't included and it was pretty expensive but a very extensive buffet.

Probably one of my best experiences at a hotel! I absolutely adored the receptionist who helped me figure out how to find places and gave me recommendations on where to eat in the area. Convenient store right next door to get your banana milk and ramen😋🍜
The manager that was on duty on Thursday 28th May 2026 between 2-3pm was ever so kind to us and even gave us a few coupons to have coffee and 1 free breakfast buffet ticket. It was an absolute pleasure spending time at Shilla stay and will definitely be coming back soon!

The staff at the front fest were the most helpful staff I have ever encountered in any hotel. They made check in very easy and fast and were willing to help with anything else we asked like transportation and sightseeing opportunities.

I had a great experience here. The entire property was very clean and well-maintained. On top of that, the staff was amazing—they went above and beyond to help me out after I forgot my earphones at the hotel. Fully satisfied and highly recommended!
