no beach access, noisy road was disturbing during weekend at night. Staff was very engaged although limited English.

The room was nice and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. However when I go a hotel like this I did NOT expect that I had to get out of the pool at 6:30/7pm and also the beach had the same time…

What truly set this resort apart was the service. Every team member we encountered was genuinely kind, attentive, and proactive. Whether it was arranging transportation (including a shuttle from Naha), our dining, taxis, or simply greeting us each time we saw them, the hospitality was unmatched. The amenities were equally impressive. The resort boasts a serene infinity pool overlooking the coast, a world-class spa with traditional Japanese treatments, and several outstanding restaurants featuring locally sourced ingredients and impeccable presentation. Every meal was a culinary highlight. I would highly recommend this resort and can't wait to go back to Okinawa so we can stay here again.
