Clean, staff were amazing and attentive. Free minibar. The hotel was very big and had a nice infinity pool and a pool by the spa as well. Housekeeping were very good as were the lobby staff.

I would definitely recommend this place, the staff are very friendly and so kind ,the place is so peaceful, with lovely garden view.i cant wait to go back again 😊

The hotel is ok. It’s clean, the breakfast was good and nothing went wrong. Definitely did not meet my expectations tho. Not what you’d expect from a 5 star. Our room was very small and poorly designed. It’s like a Mexico resort. A little tacky and fine but nothing memorableS

Its clean, its new, its full of yound people mostly, and its super convient location. Dog lovers place so that a plus or minus depending upon your opinion of that.

Room was in average condition, and very warm. AC units struggled to keep it cool and it was only spring.Apartment needs to be updated as it looks aged. Beds were comfortable. Sitting room furniture is very outdated and so is the large window in the master bedroom that looks into the bathroom. Location is good with food and shopping within a 10-15 minute walk.

The hotel is a little distance from Patong Beach (although the hotel provides a shuttle bus). The hotel does not have its own beach. The hotel is beside a highway, and there are only a few restaurants nearby. It sounds as if this is not the best holiday hotel choice,right? But you just need to check in.Then you will find that this is a surprisingly good hotel.Because the hotel is located on the hillside, the sea view is very spectacular. The staff are all friendly and always have a smile.With a person with limited mobility the front desk team Joe Sordy and LOH took extra care of us. And lovely Ms.Noodang at breakfast restaurant was so kind to us.She not only explained everything in detail. And make sure our table is clean and the cups are full.She also took the initiative to recommend us and sent us the special dessert of the day. Then let's talk about the breakfast.Hotels in Thailand have never short of a good breakfast.But the breakfast at Kalima is unbelievable.Whether it is the variety or the quality of food.For example you may find bubble breakfast in many hotels.But Kalima take it to an other level.You can even make your own highball here.Such a good breakfast plus a good view what else could you ask for a holiday?
