Clean room, polite behavior, nice breakfast!

We’ve been a repeat guests for Sejong. Really appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities. The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made. The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though.

My sons and I had a fantastic stay at the Nine Tree ROKAUS. We are already planning to stay here again. Thank you to the considerate and hardworking staff who took care of us during our stay!

The suite room was one of the most amazing and beautiful rooms we've ever stayed in our travels.The staff was very courteous and kind. The view from our room was amazing too

It was close to the trains which made it easy to get to a lot of cool spots in Seoul with ease

Excellent gym and spa plus very comfy bed

The service is great, the front desk staff are really helpful. The room is clean and I like the fact that they clean well. I am most impressed with the location. It’s close to the station and also the buses are making the location super accessible. There are a lot of restaurants you could go.

Amazing hotel that is very well situated for the many great sights and sounds of Seoul! Amazing customer service, room delivery, breakfast, and room cleaning. 1. Love the 2 free water bottles stocked in the room everyday. 2. The breakfast is totally worth it. Love all of the options. 3. Several bus stops, ATMs, and convenience stores right near the hotel. 4. Subway line is directly in front of the hotel. Amazing! 5. Myeongdong and Deoksugung Palace are nearby. Great pricing as well. Would come back here. 10/10!

직원분들 다 친절하시고 방도 깨끗해서 잘 지내고 갔습니다. 옆 방에서 응급상황 때문에 조금 시끄럽긴 했는데 잘 땐 괜찮았습니다. 홍대처럼 소리 나는 것 싫어하시면 여기 좋습니다. 공항철도도 근처라 편해용

Clean and comfortable but not many staff to assist

We had excellent stay at the hotel. Room was not the biggest but reasonably comfortable for 4 people. Kids loved the bunkbed. There is a water dispenser in the room which is nice. The hotel provides microwave, plates and cutleries in the communal area. Owner and the staff were very nice, welcoming and accommodating. Great atmosphere overall. Location is right in the middle of myeongdong. Very conveniently located and close to 2 strain stations Would recommend
