It’s a nice hotel, we didn’t have any issues with staff, they were friendly and adhering to any request we had except for one instance. Big big big reminder! We got caught out the first night but please make sure you close the balcony door fully to make sure the air conditioning works. I called reception confused as to why the air conditioning didn’t work, asking for any help, but I got a response of “oh there’s no chance it’s not working”. The next morning the kind gentleman from maintenance just closed the door properly and it was the biggest naked gun facepalm moment but.. reception should suggest this for any future instance. I definitely do not recommend going to the buffet for dinner, for the price you pay, the quality of food is average and a little bit unappetising. Breakfast didn’t appeal to me either. Facilities is fine, the laundry is a nice touch, gym is limited but functional, games area on level 1 is nice, the pool is very nice especially after 5pm when the sun has lost its oomph! The staff especially room service and the ladies doing the beds every morning are very very nice. Especially to our baby boy. So many high fives. Overall 7/10.
