Nice place for price

Great place to stay and convenient to food places. There’s a 7-11 store just around the corner. Friendly staff that speak English well soo that was really helpful and easy for our stay. Clean rooms with lots of amenities and feels like a cosy home away from home. Walkable to main shops and metro. We were travelling with our 5yo or took the taxi most of time going back to hotel. Also, the hotel has the same-day delivery luggage service available to purchase and for you to organise.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Namba’s bustling streets. Heaps of restaurants and shops around the hotel. Old but clean room and helpful staff. Good value for money. Also, they have a free laundromat onsite.

Location is great - right next to Shin Kobe station - don’t worry you can’t hear a thing - Also right next to cable car to the herb garden -a must do trip Good access to shops restaurants Liked the hotel tea lounge Did not like smell of smoking in corridors / room

This is the best hotel I have stayed in Osaka.

Excellent place to stay, with all the amenities and attraction places Dotombori 400m walking distance. Also lots of eatery nearby and 300m away from metro train Nipponbashi. The room is clean and suffice for a family of 4. The online service is great and they responded v fast. Overall great place to stay.

This hotel was great for seeing Osaka. Easy access to trains to see the various areas of Osaka

Great area, lots of dining and shops below hotel. Rooms were spacious, clean and staff was helpful and courteous. Only negative was that breakfast was expensive and not worth the money, better off getting something to eat elsewhere.
