Checkin process was very long and my key didn’t work - they forgot our door was malfunctioning and I received a physical key after two trips up and down. No cleaning service, they leave all supplies by the elevator. Clean, close to many attractions, front staff friendly and knowledgeable. Pretty far from subway station if you have to bring a lot of luggage (recommend taking a Grab/taxi).

This hotel is amazing!! It had everything we could ever want, it was very spacious, and it was a haven after a long day of exploring. My family adored their time there and the staff was so kind & helpful.

Everything was excellent: the staff, the services of the onsen, the location.
This is the best hotel I have seen in my life as a professional.
Very large room, so beautiful. Exceptional Onsen.
