Disappointing, extremely noisy. TV had only local channels, no streaming services. No electric blanket.

A very nice handy place to stay why on Christchurch, the unit was quite and warm I would stay again as priced very well .

Everything was wonderful. Great location and clean.

The former government building was a unique experience due to its history and architecture. It felt quite grand with the high ceilings, spacious living area, the beds were upstairs in a loft that had windows over looking the living area and we enjoyed having two bathrooms and the kitchen was well equipped. The room had wall heaters but felt a little cold. There was a bit of difficulty with the hotel accessing the payment from Expedia which caused some stress when we were signing in, however after having to access the Expedia support chat twice it was resolved. We chose to pay $30NZD for valet parking. We didn’t look at the gym facilities. The staff were polite and helpful.

Room was clean, staff are very friendly, safe and quiet, away from the busy roads but also nice and close to supermarkets and mall. Would highly recommend!!

Great location and amenities. However, road noise through single glazed windows and a noisy neighbour above was the only downside. Suggest bringing ear plugs but otherwise, everything else was perfect.

Good parking available. Clean rooms. Very noisy at night from the bar patrons. Next door had loud music going early in the morning. Didnt like washing utensils in the bathroom. Thats just me. Otherwise everything was good.
